Our clients came to WP+ID looking to modernize an existing Greek-Revival home. Through multiple home studies, client meetings, and space planning exercises, we arrived at a solution that will accommodate their large family, while maintaining the character of the home. The new layout allows for more natural light, and opens up the floor plan just enough to create a sense of more space. We were mindful of the traditional style of the home when designing details and selecting finishes, yet modernized the home by focusing on forms, space, and light. Construction to begin summer 2023.
