Project Overview

This client came to WP+ID with a clear vision, which we took and transformed into a completely remodeled home in East Dallas. The existing home was a charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom house with a converted front porch.  The house had been remodeled decades ago, but the living spaces still felt disconnected, and the single bathroom was less than desirable. Through rounds of space planning, we ultimately found room for another bathroom, created a true Primary Suite with a walk-in closet and attached bathroom, and opened-up the living space to the kitchen, capturing the view to the lush backyard. We effectively managed the project throughout construction, overseeing contractors and the project schedule. The house is now a functional and bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom home fit for this newlywed couple and their fluffy puppy.
